Fishsteria’s name is borne from the words Fish + Hysteria. A stylish seafood concept by renowned Chef Owner Gianni Caprioli – the man behind Hong Kong’s popular restaurants Giando Restaurant & Bar, Gia Trattoria Italiana, EAT.it Italian Eatery and Fishsteria Seafood Place (Wanchai) along with an Italian shop, Mercato by Giando, which houses and caters to fresh flown-in ingredients from Italy served in each restaurant.
The docking of the Fishsteria Seafood Place in Kennedy Town Praya will serve as an extension to reflect Gianni’s passion for ingredients and seafood alongside his dedication to bringing in the finest and widest selection of fresh seafood, straight from the ocean to your table.
